Completes the Notes direct-profile delivery at exact head
f8548f9d7a1eaabf19d27bb0b0af8f75d8eaeec4by aligning the plugin SDK dependency checksums. The Notes manifest usesagent_profilewithformat: agent-profile; the host support that renders and invokes that selection is in kdlbs/kandev#2870.The earlier Notes feature PR merged the manifest and documentation changes. This PR is the single canonical delivery for the remaining exact-head dependency alignment and must be considered together with Host PR #2870.
